I am the co owner and co developer of Tight Climb Hand Therapy Repair Bar.  Part of the reason for developing this product stemmed from a personal  medical need.  I suffer from a rare condition that causes a severe dermatologic skin condition on my hands and feet causing them to fissure and crack.  It is very painful and there are limited medication options available to help alleviate and treat my symptoms.  We decided to create an all natural product that would provide a therapeutic all natural alternative to corticosteroid topical creams.

I use Tight Climb Hand Therapy Bar at least 3 times a day and find that it soothes and alleviates discomfort, especially if you are experiencing cracks and fissures on your hands.   I personally find that using this products promotes healing.
